Company statement on the recent allegation

This is with reference to the recent allegation made by a private organization from Germany trying to sell its online security services to Creditseva. Wherein one article was published by IB Times in UK based on the said allegations.

We would like to make it very clear that there has been ‘No data breach’. No one has claimed that data has been hacked. We also did a thorough investigation of our application as well as database and found everything to be secure and protected. 

Later when we saw the above article in IB Times UK, we responded by giving the below statement to the media house through our investors in UK:

“Creditseva takes these matters extremely seriously and the security of our customer’s data is our number one priority. There is no evidence at this time to suggest that there has been any form of data breach. Our customers can rest assured that our database and application is secure and their data is protected.”

Immediately our statement was acknowledged and published by the journalist as an update to the main article. 

Also, we would like to bring to your kind notice that we give utmost value to our customers and are committed to their data privacy & confidentiality. Our software development operations have been recently certified with ISO 27001 and we constantly improve the processes to maintain the best industry standards.
